Two Modes to Remove Duplicate EML Files

The tool has two modes to delete duplicate EML files.

• Search EML Duplicates Within the Folders : If you choose this option then software carefully checks each folder to dedupe EML files within a folder.
• Search EML Duplicates Across the Folders : If you select this option then software analyzes your whole EML data across all folders and subfolders to for EML deduplication.

Use Advance Settings For Filter

The tool provides multiple filter features to save fixed EML files.

• Date Range : Select specific date range to remove duplicate EML files between selected date range.
• Email Address : You can enter From, To and Subject fields to fix duplicate EML files having these fields only.
• Root Folder : You can decide the root folder name according to your choice to store resultant files.
• Exclude Empty Folder : The tool offers this option to exclude empty folders from the results.

Select Files or Folders Option

The tool gives an option from “Select Files or Select Folders”. You can use one of them according to your choice for adding EML files in the software window. Using these options, you can add batch EML files for deleting the duplicates at once.

Create Log Report File

After completing the process to delete duplicate EML files, the EML duplicate remover automatically generates the Log Report file. This file contains the information about processed EML files like Saving Path, Type, Extracted Emails, Duplicates Found and Status.
