How to Delete Emails & Messages from BT Server ?

 

Users often face a lot of issues while deleting emails from their BTinternet accounts. Recently, BT Mail released a new update, which is a complete disaster for non-techies like me. Now, it is taking almost double the time to delete the BT emails as compared to the time taken before the update.

Previously, it used to display and list all my emails in the BT Connect mailbox, so that I can choose all emails and delete them accordingly. However, there is no such option available after the update.

I am still unable to understand what the utility of this update is if it is causing so many problems for the users like me. Bad move BT Connect.

BT Mail allows me to delete only one email at one time. This is a good approach but only when I need to delete only a few emails. The problem with me is that I have thousands of emails in my mailbox that I received from multiple sources. Now, I want to delete all the emails which I received between April 2015 and March 2020.
