Follow the steps to understand the Zimbra Cloud Hosted Mailbox Backup Software
Run the Zimbra Mail Server Backup tool on Your Windows Computer. The software provides both options (On-Premise and hosted mailbox backup).
Select the Zimbra Cloud Hosted Mailbox Backup Option and click on the next button.
Now, enter the Zimbra Cloud account credentials in the user interface and click on the connect button.
Thereafter, the software will take a few seconds to load your Zimbra Cloud Mailbox data. Here, choose the required email folders for the selective backup process.
After that, choose the required file saving option from the list to download or backup Zimbra Emails.
The software provides multiple filters to download Zimbra Mailbox Emails according to the user requirements.
After that, you can also select the additional options according to the requirements.
Thereafter, set the destination location path to save resultant data at your location.
Finally, click on the backup button to download Zimbra Mail Server Emails to your local Computer.
When the process is complete, the software will pop up a confirmation box.
