Follow the steps to understand the Webmail Backup Software
Download, install and launch Webmail Backup Tool on Windows. Read all the basic information and choose your Webmail options in the left side panel.
You can also choose additional options to backup multiple Webmail accounts. The software provides multiple options to download multiple Webmail accounts at once. Also, you can connect the proxy server with proxy settings.
Enter your Webmail account details in the user interface. Here, you need to fill all the empty section like username, password.

After that, choose destination location to save backup emails data at user location.
