Follow the steps to understand the Postbox Converter Software
Download & Install the Postbox Migrator tool on your Windows computer. Read all the important instructions to convert Postbox Files to Various File Formats.
After that, the software offers dual options to Load Postbox Mailboxes either as By Files or By Folders. However, you can also select the auto-locate option to load Postbox mailbox data in the user interface.
If you want to export Contacts and Calendars only, then select the separate option here.
Thereafter, choose Postbox User Profile Data & Corresponding Items like Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes, Junk, etc.
The software provides multiple saving options. Here, choose File Saving Options from list of 20+ Formats.
Choose the additional options according to the user requirements such as file naming options, destination location path, etc.
After all settings click on the next button to Start & Analyse the Live Conversion Process.
After complete the conversion process, the software popup a process completion dialog box. Click the ok button.
Locate resultant files from the destination folder.
