Follow the steps to understand the Lotus Notes connect migration tool
Download, install and run the Lotus Notes Migrator, & Read all Important Instructions.
Click on ‘Add Files’ or ‘Add Folders’ option & browse the Lotus Notes folders/files.
Preview all the Lotus Notes Mailbox Documents in its Panel along with all Inserted Attachments.
Click on 'Convert' button, that will pop-up Saving Options wizard. Choose Desired file format from the list of Select Saving options.
You can also Apply Advanced Filters Settings to perform selective conversion of Lotus Notes NSF Files.
You can also change the Default Destination Location for resultant files.
Provide the Destination Location or you can also create a New Folder directly through application panel.
Once You have completed the Lotus Notes migration options, click on Next button to initialize conversion. Preview the Live Conversion process in spftware panel.
After Conversion finished successfully, it will display a confirmation message box. Click on OK button to proceed further.
After the migration/backup completes, the program will show you the detailed Saving Log file. All the selected folders and contents will be added to the destination.
